Who gets to be

part of the MPSA?

By default, across the faculties, all undergraduates registered in the Department of Psychology at McGill University (with some concentration as a major, minor, honours, etc.) are considered to be members of the MPSA. Therefore, general MPSA membership is determined at the start of the academic year (we receive masterlists in the fall semester). If you're unsure about your membership status, contact us.

The MPSA's student council, composed of executive members, are a handful of enthusiastic psychology students who are either elected or appointed into their positions. Their duties are detailed in the MPSA's Constitution. For clarification about the roles and joining the executive team, contact us.

All MPSA members are automatically opted in to the MPSA's official communications (via McGill's Microsoft Outlook). If you only recently registered into Psychology or arrived at the start of the winter semester, be sure to opt-in to our email newsletter (Listserv).
